What we collect
The details you enter in the form (name, email, optionally company and profession), a referral code if you use one, the timestamp of your consent, and basic technical logs (IP address, request timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose
Holding your place on the waitlist, contacting you before launch, and, only under separate consent, sending a newsletter.
Legal basis
Consent, Art. 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / GDPR.
Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by the infrastructure and service providers used to run this site: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), and transactional email (Resend). Each of them processes data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.
Retention
Until launch plus 12 months, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, have it ported, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK.
International transfers
Some of the providers we use process data in the US, under Standard Contractual Clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
Change of controller
If a different entity takes over running this community (for example a company set up to operate it), we will notify you before any data is transferred.
